SRA Academy was founded by Dr. Ijaz Rauf and Dr. Karim Keshavjee to solve an important problem in our current era: the high failure rates of digital transformation and robotic process automation.

Dr. Rauf has over 22 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and has helped many companies with process optimization and quality improvement.

Dr. Keshavjee has over 20 years of experience in implementing digital technologies and overseeing digital transformations in a variety of organizations.

They combined their knowledge and expertise into a whole-of-business skills development program that ensures that all people within an organization get the training they need to help the organization achieve performance excellence.
